Sellers:   I will not "buy" your listing by overpricing your home.   Overpricing can result in longer days on market and eventually a reduction in price...  Either of these can result in a prospective buyer questioning the value of the property.

If your home contains unique or valuable art / funishings, I will personally be present at each showing of your home.   I do not just list properties, I actively market and sell them.

Buyers:  I will do everything in my power to show you the best value relative to other properties without regard as to the listing brokerage.   We will work together to establish your value equation based on personal preferences, location, size, view, livability, affordability and projected future value.

I work six days a week and try to take Tuesdays off and sometimes that works.   I live in the Historic Nye Beach area of Newport with my artist Wife, Pam.
